Think of this update as an oasis for us to fill ourselves (hydrate), sup from the plants that heal us (medicate) and spend a quiet moment in reflection on how far we've come (meditate).
We have 48 more hours and we are pulling up on another Stretch Goal!
The Hellgrinder Grimoire is still in active development, so I don't have a lot of info yet, but we know that they have the ability to transmute Arcanum into a mutagenic element which they can use in their magic!
If you all don't already know @monkeyEcho, and his game "A Fistful of Darkness", you should give it a shot. It opened our eyes to what Forged in the Dark games are capable of and we owe Stefan Struck a debt of gratitude that can never be repaid.
We're starting up a new coven for streaming and will have more info on that on our Discord server soon (see the backers-only update for a join link and special @Backer role). According to our most recent poll, it might be a Veilwalkers mini-campaign.
Whether we go with them or now, let me give you a little info about them (as this may be the first time you have heard about them). The Veilwalkers are a new pre-gen coven we are working on for the full release of Witches of Midnight.
The Veilwalkers see themselves a a group of "gifted students" at Morningstar Academy who were allowed to stay on with the magical school after graduation with a special dispensation for roguery.. or is Headmaster Morningstar just keeping an eye on the students who never picked a major field of study?
The coven's rival, the Grail Hunting Club, is a major threat to the coven as well as to the school as they are known to poach magical creatures (including familiars) on the periphery of the magically enchanted grounds.
We'll also see if @robotRainbows or @byFrancita are up for another live art stream before the campaign ends, and let you know on Discord when and where those will happen.
Once the lovely Morningstar and Megan's move concludes satisfactorily, we expect to return to streaming Witches Dozen or possibly starting up a Witches of Midnight mini-series. Either way, we will return to streaming on a regular basis!
If you are financially able (and this is the only time I'll ask because I find it demeaning, but we live in a society), please consider raising your pledge level or leaving a tip.

Everyone working on this game are freelancers (and friends) whom we contracted for specific requirements (as listed on our Kickstarter story) but we have far more grand designs for Witches of Midnight and they can be most easily accomplished with more funding.
Balsamic Moon Games Collective is more than just Witches of Midnight (though I'll be honest, it is a very big part of us right now and will continue to be for another year or more), and we think we deserve to continue to exist in this hobby, to instigate change for the better.
